Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered if:

• The item is defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues

• The request is submitted within 10 days from the manufacturing date

• Valid photo or video evidence is provided

Requests without sufficient proof will not be accepted.

Return Requirement

If a refund request is approved, customers must return the product within the instructed timeframe. Failure to do so may result in denial of the refund.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind or personal preference

• Incorrect product selection (size, color, style)

• Shipping delays caused by external factors

• Orders lost due to incorrect shipping details

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
