Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 7–16 business days, depending on the destination, shipping carrier, and customs clearance. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Shipping Address Responsibility

Customers are responsible for entering accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
If incorrect or incomplete details are provided:

• BIMOKET cannot resend or replace the order

• BIMOKET is not responsible for lost or undelivered shipments

Tracking Information

Tracking details will be sent once your order has been shipped. Please allow several days for tracking updates.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of being placed.
After this time:

• Orders cannot be canceled due to processing and preparation for shipment

• BIMOKET is unable to stop or recall shipped orders
